HOW DO WE SEND OUR SPARKULAR PRODUCTS TO YOU?
All of our hire kit is sent via courier. For large, heavy products, we send these via pallets. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available for delivery and collection of these items. Missed return collection may result in increased charges. We are often able to facilitate next day delivery for last minute events so please get in touch with your requirements. If you are local to our unit, you can collect and return directly to us for no extra cost.
INSTALLATION AND SET UP
The Sparkular Blaster is wireless and can be charged. The 100 sec heating and 90 min standby time means it can be used in a wide range of locations, without the need for cables.
The Blaster is trigger controlled with a safety button. It can be operated with as little as 1 metre safety distance and can be cut-off at any time by the operator at the press of a button.
RESTRICTIONS
The main restrictions with indoor events are safety distances and ceiling heights. Thankfully, the Sparkular Blaster has adjustable height, and can be used freely in confined areas.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DRY HIRE AND BOOKING AN OPERATIVE
Dry Hire, simply put, is the hiring of our special effects units without an operative. Dry Hire is a simple and cost effective way of being able to have one of our effects at your event but it is not suitable everyone. If you Dry Hire from us you will need your own public liability insurance and with most of our special effects units, you’ll require an understanding or previous experience of how they operate.
As mentioned, Dry Hire isn’t suitable for all events so for those of you who want an operative just let us know when you’re filling out your contact form. When you book an operative we can manage everything from the programming and designing of the effects through to risk assessments and, if required, provision of multiple fully trained crew. You’ll also be fully covered by our insurance.
