NIGHT FIXTURES

As the darkness closes in, we know with that comes plenty more night fixtures at stadiums across the UK. We love this time of year as it means we can choose visually stunning products that are best viewed against the backdrop of the night sky.

THE CHALLENGE

We were asked to design a powerful pyrotechnic display that fired off the roof of Stamford Bridge, and was supported by pitch-side flames. The show had to be coordinated to music and team entrance.

THE SOLUTION

It took a lot of planning, but we chose the effects to create maximum visual impact before kick off. We sent an experienced team to install and secure our pyro plates to the stadium roof and run tests to ensure there were no product failures.

THE RESULT

The impact of the combination of pitch-side flames and roof pyro was easy to see. As you can see, this match against Benfica really kicked off with a bang!
